Welcome to the
City of East Brewton, Alabama. I would like to tell you a little about
us.
Our city is located 55 miles from the sandy beaches of
the Gulf of Mexico and is the main corridor to the beaches from Interstate
65. We have a daily traffic flow of about 16,000. Within the
last two years, we have rezoned this route through our city to take
advantage of this opportunity. It has already paid dividends with
Fred's Super Dollar Stores building here. We have aggressively been
seeking businesses. All of the property along this route has seen an
increase in value. Despite the economy, all of our businesses are
enjoying success.
